Customer In-Store Pickup:
For those who have placed orders and opted to "pick-up" at our studio location (1313 N Hill Ave, Pasadena, CA 91104), we are open 11am-5pm PST Mon-Fri. Please email ([email protected]) to confirm a pick-up time, thanks.
Returns/Refund:
In case of exchange or refund, please contact us ([email protected]) promptly by replying to the confirmation email you received when you ordered. We will provide the return address information once your exchange or refund has been approved. Please Note that:
- only t-shirts are eligible for return and exchange
- you can ask for a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Once your return is approved, you have 14 days to send the items in their original condition (properly folded in their original bag with any tag attached)
- returning and reshipping costs will be at your expense
- we encourage you to ship your parcel with tracking to prevent any trouble (delivery upon signature is not mandatory, a tracking service is enough)
- please make sure your item doesn’t smell perfume before sending it back
- damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted and will be returned to you as we got them, at your expense
- initial shipping costs are non-refundable
